Intended use
The curing oven is a belt system for continuous operation with a feed speed of max. 5 m/min. Open areas at the infeed and outfeed sections are provided for loading and unloading components. The enclosed heating section houses 6 IR modules (height adjustable). The maximum component temperature is 100°C and serves to heat solvent-free adhesive between composite film layers. The return side of the belt, the rear sides of the IR modules, and the space above the heating modules are water-cooled. Components are held onto the conveyor belt by vacuum. The control cabinet is located separately from the machine outside the cleanroom.
The system operates in a cleanroom according to EN ISO 14644 Class 8 and is loaded and unloaded by the operator. The equipment is exclusively for the warming of film composites.

✳️Functional principle✳️
This oven is intended for heating powder coated parts. The paint polymerizes at a temperature of around 200ºC (depending on the type of paint used) and forms a film on the surface of the metal.
The temperature control in the oven is carried out by the control unit, which receives a signal from the temperature sensor in the oven.
✳️Oven Body✳️
The body of the polymerization furnace consists of heat-insulating panels that are inserted upright into each other and glued together with a heat-resistant sealant. Conveyor distances to the oven door channels can be left if desired. Optionally, it can be made with pivoting double doors.
✳️Heat exchanger✳️
The heat exchanger is installed in the side part of the polymerization furnace body. The internal structure and materials of the heat exchanger are designed in such a way that the temperature in the furnace can be increased to 230 ° C, and the temperature difference at various points is the allowable ones
