The 3-ply surgical mask line , wound pad, mask production system offered here combines efficiency and safety features with a first-class meat pad, food pad, fruit pad . The integrated extra module "Single Pack" enables the food pad production machine to pack each mask individually wrapped at full speed of up to 800 pads / min. The film rolls also have an autosplice function, so that the system weld the film together on the fly while unit operation.

The food pad is made up of 3 layers of non-woven material:
- An outer layer of spunbond/film
- A meltblown filtration layer/sap , saf , fluff, pulp absorbent layer

These product features are realized thanks to the use of precise welding rollers, a modern and intuitive HMI with touchscreen function for simple and clear operation,
as well as web guiding systems implemented. Intelligent sensors ensure that the material levels are precisely determined. If a low material level is detected, the material is welded to one another using the autosplice function without stopping the system.
