Condition: ready for operation (used), Year of construction: 2021, functionality: fully functional, machine/vehicle number: B42027, total width: 600 mm, total height: 800 mm, total length: 900 mm, overall weight: 84 kg, input voltage: 230 V, working height: 800 mm, input frequency: 50 Hz, Equipment: documentation/manual, The Transpak 202CE is a compact and user-friendly semi-automatic strapping machine designed for quickly and efficiently strapping boxes, packages, and other goods. The machine is particularly suitable for companies that regularly need to bundle or secure packages for transport and shipping. The machine features a robust stainless steel work surface on which the goods to be strapped can be easily placed. The strapping band is placed around the product and then automatically tightened, welded, and cut by the machine. This ensures that the strapping process is fast and with a constant band tension. Operation and use The TP-202CE is easy to operate and requires minimal training. The user manually places the PP strapping band around the box or package and inserts the end into the machine's feed opening. The machine then automatically takes over the strapping process. The machine tightens the band to the set tension, thermally welds the ends together, and cuts off the excess band. This creates a strong strap with consistent tension. A complete strapping cycle takes approximately 2.5 seconds. The desired band tension can be mechanically adjusted with a rotary knob on the outside of the machine. The band length can also be adjusted, allowing the machine to adapt to different package sizes. Key features - Semi-automatic operation: automatic tightening, welding, and cutting of the strapping band. - High processing speed: up to approximately 20 straps per minute, depending on the application. - Adjustable strap force: mechanically adjustable from 15 to 45 kg. - Suitable for PP band: compatible with band widths of 6 to 15.5 mm. - Adjustable band length: the desired band length can be easily set. - Stainless steel work surface: hinged stainless steel work surface for an easy-to-maintain workstation. - Mobile design: equipped with swivel casters with brakes for easy movement and stable positioning. - Energy-efficient: the motor is only activated when necessary. The machine has an automatic standby function and shuts down after approximately one minute of inactivity. - Safety features: CE version with a safety switch under the work surface and a lockable main switch. The buyer is 100% responsible for the transportation of the machine. We place the machine on a pallet and secure it. 1 year warranty. Bedj Ah H Tqjpfx Abreww
