For the roller application of liquid media such as glue (including machine-applicable cold PU adhesive), oil, UV oil, wax, stain, paint, dye, lye, etc. onto flat substrates such as wood, cork, cardboard, rigid foam, soft foam, metal, granite, etc.
Oiling, waxing, lye application, and staining of furniture, floorboards, and parquet are of course possible.

Suitable for precise small quantity applications, e.g., UV oil at 5 g/m² for small or large production runs. The liquid dosage can be finely and continuously adjusted via the dosing roller. The texture of the roller surface determines the minimum application quantity: coarse, medium, or fine grooved; open/close-pored; or smooth.

Available in various hardness grades and with different chemical resistance. Each roller can be removed for cleaning in under half a minute.
All parts – except for the drive – are made of high-quality, non-rusting materials such as V2A stainless steel and aluminum.

This machine was previously used for the application of dispersion adhesive for bonding PU foams and is equipped with an optional finely ground stainless steel application roller (surcharge applies).
