CORMAK PVT8KG Vibratory Tumbler Polishing Machine

The CORMAK PVT8KG vibratory polishing machine is designed for polishing, rust removal, degreasing, and deburring of workpieces using appropriately selected processing media. The 380 mm diameter bowl, with a maximum load capacity of 8 kg, allows the processing of components up to 280 mm in size.

Vibratory finishing uses the relative movement between workpieces and processing media. This reduces the need for manual cleaning and surface finishing. By selecting the appropriate abrasive media, load composition, and cycle time, the process can be adapted to the material, workpiece geometry, and desired finishing result.

Construction and Processing Technology

The vibratory tumbler polishing machine is equipped with a 40 W (S1) motor and a bowl with a lid. Plastic media containing abrasive particles can be used during processing. The shape and properties of the media should be selected according to the material being processed, the size of the burrs, and the required surface finish quality.

Processing Conditions and Operating Time

The approximate degreasing time is 30 minutes, while rust removal takes between 2 and 6 hours. The final result depends on the surface condition, the media used, and the bowl filling level.
For wet finishing processes, water and a suitable processing compound are used in accordance with the machine's operating instructions and the media supplier's recommendations.

Applications

As a vibratory deburring machine, the CORMAK PVT8KG can be used to remove small burrs and finish edges. The machine is suitable for workshops and manufacturing facilities preparing components for subsequent production stages.
It is recommended to test the selected finishing process on representative workpieces before starting regular production.
