The LNM3500 is a flexible, compact, and efficient pneumatic nailing machine for the production of pallet legs. The user-friendly interface allows fast changeovers, and the machine can store settings for over 100 different leg types. It is equipped with three Bostitch nail guns featuring magazines for jumbo coils and indicators. Production of legs with 2 to 30 blocks per leg is possible. The machine is fitted with a large board magazine. A protective cover ensures noise reduction and operational safety. The system is operated via a 10-inch touchscreen and uses Beckhoff control technology.

The machine can be outfitted with an optimized block cutter and automatic block feeder for integration with the nailing unit. The block cutter can be mounted either at the rear or on the side of the nailing machine.
