This is an ideal trolley solution for drying products such as jerky, kabanos, fish snacks, and pet sticks.

It is also suitable for fish defrosting processes and even baking applications.

The mesh structure ensures excellent air convection through all product levels, resulting in uniform drying and stable product quality.

We manufacture in Ukraine a heavy-duty stainless steel drying trolley, specifically designed for industrial and semi-industrial production of meat and fish snacks, raw-cured sausages, jerky, and pet treats.

The trolley is fully compatible with RK50U, SAS200, and FARS200 systems and is ideal for use in drying chambers, smokehouses, and climate-controlled environments with air dehumidification.

The external dimensions of the trolley are 2000 × 1010 × 1010 mm.

The frame is made of corrosion-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel using a robust 40 × 40 × 1.3 mm profile.

It includes 30 levels with a 55 mm spacing between tiers and special locking systems to prevent trays from falling during movement.

For mobility, the trolley is equipped with six heavy-duty pendulum swivel casters (Ø125 mm), allowing full rotation even when loaded.

Each trolley includes 60 stainless steel trays sized 900 × 500 mm.

The trays are made of corrugated stainless steel mesh, 5x5 mm. can be optionally equipped with Teflon liners (5,8 EUR/pcs)

Wire thickness is 0.7 mm for high rigidity.

Each tray has a 15 mm perimeter rim for improved airflow and heat distribution.

Reusable non-stick Teflon inserts are included, ideal for sticky or soft products.

Total load capacity is up to 400 kg per trolley, with up to 7 kg per tray.

The system supports both low-temperature dehydration and high-temperature processing.

Compatible with chambers using horizontal or vertical airflow.
