Description

Vacuum press, vacuum table, vacuum table from Joos with silicone membrane

Universally applicable press, veneer press for veneering, coating, shaping, form veneering, edge banding, etc.
With some limitations, you can certainly do without a hydraulic veneer press with this press.
New heat-resistant silicone membrane, extremely flexible and easy to clean.
Also suitable for shaping preheated thermoplastic materials such as acrylic glass or solid surface materials.
Frame inner dimensions approx. 2900 x 1410mm, usable area approx. 2800 x 1300mm
Working height approx. 900mm
Vacuum pump Becker VT4.40, 400V, 1.5 kW with a capacity of 40 m³/h and two vacuum tanks of 200 liters each, ensuring comfortable operation and rapid evacuation.
Electronic vacuum pressure switch, which switches off the pump when the target negative pressure is reached, preventing continuous operation.
Movable on four swivel casters, lockable.
Frame can be easily folded up and is locked with two bolts.
Double frame for quick replacement of the membrane.
A new silicone membrane is currently installed.
Rapid distribution of the vacuum through a grooved base plate.
