The Procomac UNIFLUX 2000 CIP system performs in-situ cleaning and sanitization of the bottling line equipment. The rinsing unit features 32 rotary nozzles that thoroughly clean bottles before filling. Furthermore, it supports 28mm standard necks and operates with full automation to remove impurities.


The Corfill Sara Elp 32, manufactured in 2012, fills bottles with 56 stainless steel filling valves (AISI 316). Because these valves resist corrosion, they ensure accurate dosage. Additionally, the isobaric system maintains constant pressure, preserving carbonation and product quality. Since the Siemens PLC optimizes operations, it adjusts quickly to handle various product types efficiently.
