By this knife topper the tails of the onions are not deducted, but they are cut by the rotory knives. Special vibrators with a targeted number of vibrations put the sieves with the onions on top in motion. Due to the high rotational speed and the special shape of the blades, a strong air is created. This air current sucks the tails through the sieves and cuts off just below the sieve. With extra knive, sieve and motors - Selfmade housing, which makes the machine a closed topper - Space between the bars of the sieves: 30 and 20 mm - Capacity 5 - 10 ton / hour When using the Holaras topping machines, the haulm is not pulled off, but cut of by fast rotating blades. This avoids damage because the blades do not touch the onions.
