Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, CORMAK OS1400 Mobile Welding Fume Extractor The CORMAK OS1400 is a mobile welding fume extractor designed to effectively remove welding fumes and exhaust gases directly at the source. It combines high suction pressure with a high airflow rate, while its sound-insulated fan chamber ensures quiet and comfortable operation. Additional advantages include an integrated pneumatic filter cleaning system, adjustable airflow at the suction inlet, and a robust industrial-grade construction. A Healthier and Safer Working Environment Welding fumes are more than just unpleasant odors and reduced visibility. They consist of extremely fine particles and hazardous compounds that can quickly deteriorate working conditions in enclosed workshops and production halls. The OS1400 is designed to capture welding fumes and exhaust gases at their source before they spread throughout the workstation and the entire facility. This provides operators with a cleaner working environment while helping companies maintain workplace safety standards and keep production areas clean and organized. High Performance for Demanding Applications One of the key advantages of the OS1400 is the combination of high suction pressure and high airflow (1,500 m³/h). In practice, this ensures reliable and efficient extraction even during intensive welding operations with heavy fume generation, such as: continuous welding, welding thick materials, long weld passes. Its high extraction capacity helps prevent fumes from escaping into the surrounding work area, improves visibility, and enhances both welding quality and operator comfort. Quiet Operation for Greater Workplace Comfort Daily usability is further enhanced by the unit's low-noise operation. The OS1400 features a sound-insulated fan chamber that significantly reduces operating noise, allowing the extractor to be positioned close to the welding station. This is especially beneficial in workshops and manufacturing facilities where several welding stations operate simultaneously. Reduced noise levels improve communication between operators, enhance concentration, and contribute to a more comfortable working environment throughout the shift. Automatic Pneumatic Filter Cleaning The CORMAK OS1400 is designed for ease of use and consistently high performance. It is equipped with an automatic pneumatic filter cleaning system that periodically removes accumulated dust from the filter without frequent manual intervention. This provides two major benefits: consistent extraction performance over extended operating periods, reduced maintenance downtime and lower operating costs. In production environments, minimizing unexpected interruptions and maintaining constant extraction efficiency helps improve productivity while ensuring clean working conditions. Adjustable Extraction Performance The unit features adjustable airflow control at the suction inlet, allowing extraction power to be matched to the specific application. Robust Construction and Mobility The OS1400 is designed for everyday industrial use. Its heavy-duty construction withstands demanding workshop and manufacturing environments where equipment is frequently moved, operates for extended periods, and is exposed to intensive daily use. Condition: new, The powerful, mobile welding fume extractors AL-KO CLEAN UNIT F are the ideal solution for extracting welding fumes during manual welding, at automated welding stations, or with welding robots. Function: Isdpfx Aowwkvqjcpstn The welding fumes generated at the welding site are captured via extraction arms and hoods, among other means, and conveyed through a duct to the inlet of the AL-KO CLEAN UNIT F. In a large pre-separation chamber, coarse particles are first separated out. The subsequently arranged filter cartridges of dust class “M” filter out the remaining fine dust particles. During extraction operation, the differential pressure-controlled filter cleaning system removes adhering particles from the filter cartridges. Venturi nozzles on the filter cartridges maximize the cleaning efficiency, ensuring consistently high suction power and a long filter service life. A volumetric flow monitor continuously controls the required suction capacity and issues a warning if the nominal value is undercut. The collected dust is gathered in an easily mobile container. The cleaned air is recirculated into the room via the top of the unit. Applications: - For all welding applications with unalloyed or low-alloyed steel - Usable as extraction at individual welding stations and at duct systems with several extraction points - Extraction at fixed-position hoods and welding tables Advantages: - Consistently high suction power thanks to an efficient fan and long-life cleanable filters - Extremely quiet due to high-performance sound insulation - Suitable for individual welding stations and for connection to duct systems - IE3 motors for high energy efficiency - Wide performance range - Optional accessories for various welding applications
