Condition: used, Year of construction: 2018, Overview  The offered filling line for pouch bags was designed by a Swiss company and also delivered by them in 2018. The main manufacturer is Linapack. The line was only used for seasonal production only (2 months a year), therefore the working hours are very low. As the sales volumes are not further increasing, the seller decided to sell the line and stop the production. The line is still assembled and can be shown. It is possible to handle different formats of pouch bags and to do hot filling up to 85°C. The current owner used it for Cocktails but it can also be used for various other non carbonated drinks. Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2015, The Heuft Reflexx – high speed empty bottle and label inspector. Model Reflexx HBBRTIXX Spectrum TX controller Capacity to 50.000 bph. YOM 2015 EXCELLENT CONDITION It’s more than just a quick check. The HEUFT system diligently inspecting empty glass bottles for any defects before they move on to be filled is comprehensive quality assurance that brings immense value to the entire bottling process. Here’s why these HEUFT inspection solutions are so critical: 1. Full Coverage, Zero Blind Spots: The system doesn’t just glance at the bottle; it performs an all-surface, all-angle inspection of the base, sidewalls, finish, and threads. This level of detail is vital for spotting tiny defects the human eye can easily miss. 2. Advanced Detection Technologies: Utilizing a powerful combination of high-resolution cameras, smart AI image processing, and in some models, patented pulsed X-ray technology. This includes: - Glass Defects: Cracks, chips, inclusions, and finish damage. - Foreign Objects: Everything from foil and cigarette butts to insects, residual liquid (like caustic lye or oil), and, most dangerously, glass splinters hidden in the bottle base. 3. Low False Reject Rate: Thanks to intelligent image analysis (like HEUFT reflexx A.I.), they can distinguish between a critical defect and a harmless cosmetic blemish, meaning you don’t waste good, perfectly usable bottles. HEUFT SPECTRUM TX Controlling centrally: one platform for all requirements. Precise, network-compatible and cross-system: the HEUFT SPECTRUM TX forms the basis for different technologies, modules and functions. The devices of the generation of the same name can be exactly adapted to individual requirements on site and retrofitted at any time due to this universal platform. Ndodpfxsytrdtj Ah Sjc
