High-speed roll forming line, equipped with tooling for the production of GELAN and SCHUCO metal profiles used in PVC window frame manufacturing.

Machine achieves speeds up to 55 m/min with 6 m profile length production. Maximum processable material thickness is 2.5 mm. Upper and lower shaft diameter is 60 mm, the width between the stands is 360 mm, and each station is driven by an individual gearbox with two cardan shafts. Both upper and lower shafts are driven at each station. The line features 15 forming stands plus two straightening stands (Turkish heads). All forming rollers have a surface hardness of 62 HRC.
