GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

A complete, highly automated industrial installation for manufacturing wooden pallets and pallet tops is available for sale. The line combines the structural and hydraulic robustness of STORTI S.p.A. with modern technological and robotic upgrades.
The facility is currently fully operational, having recently undergone a comprehensive overhaul and critical maintenance procedures.

Transfer Units
STORTI GSD 4 FLEX Angular transfer unit featuring rollers and lifting chains.

• Format Capacity: From a minimum of 700 x 700 mm to a maximum of 1500 x 1500 mm.
• Electronics and Control: Centralized via HMI touchscreens (Schneider Electric Magelis / ESA VT100) and Schneider Lexium servo-drive technology using the CANopen protocol.

RECENT MAINTENANCE HISTORY

The machine is in excellent condition thanks to a comprehensive overhaul that includes:
• Replacement of the gantry servo-motor cable.
• Replacement of alignment bushings on the Flex 50 legs and installation of new hammers (4 units) with their respective pins.
• Repair and tuning of the pallet front-cutting saw and the pneumatic cylinders for the milling units.
• Repair of the tilting conveyor shaft and welding/turning of the gantry turner drive shaft.
• Replacement of optical sensors, mechanical sensors, and magnetic contactors.
