Thanks to its unique gripper system, the linker minimizes casing breakage even at extremely high operating speeds, which translates into real savings of raw materials.
The final link in the system is the Vemag AH212 automatic hanger. It picks up the formed portions directly from the linker, arranges them in perfect loops and precisely hangs them on the transport hooks of the hanging line. These prepared batches of product are immediately ready to be manually or automatically transferred to smoking sticks. The entire set is fully synchronized electronically, creating a monolithic production unit managed from a single level, ideal for medium and large meat processing plants, butcher shops and industrial-scale slaughterhouses.
