Air distribution ducts with regulated flaps inside the oven ensure that the oven temperature is homogenous at every point. The temperature control device is digital type and provides precise adjustment of the oven temperature. The heating unit is placed on the side, rear or top of the oven and consists of an insulated heating chamber, heating cell with resistance inside, circulation fan that can operate at 250ºC and maintenance cover.
