The Nordson FoamMelt 200 (FM 200) is a specialized dispensing system that mixes hot melt adhesives with an inert gas (such as nitrogen) to create a closed-cell foam. This process reduces adhesive consumption by as much as 50% to 65% while improving bond performance. Applications: Widely used for bonding, sealing, gluing, and gasket making in the automotive and packaging industries. Benefits of FoamMelt Technology Faster Curing: The foam cools down faster, enabling higher production speeds. Better Filling Properties: The volume increase due to the gas makes it ideal for filling gaps. Improved Safety: The lower heat density of the foam reduces the risk of burns for operators. Year of construction: 2026, condition: new, Our KVK 2A is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with a cut-out for ground level access. The KVK 2A model is equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% stretch. Thanks to the pre-stretch system, you can produce up to 3.5 meters of film on the pallet from 1 meter of film on the roll and reduce your material consumption enormously. In addition, this system creates only minimal contact tension, so that even light packages are not pulled off the turntable. Codps Ah E Sxjfx Abrehd With a weight of 700 kg, this model is very stable and designed for loads of up to 1500 kg. The KVK 2A has a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2400 mm high as standard. With adjustable speeds of turntable and film carriage, as well as a power stretch unit adjustable via potentiometer, you can adapt the automated wrapping perfectly to your product. Automatic recognition of your pallets (via photocell) is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head and foot wrapping. Programs are available for "up only" wrapping, "up & down" (cross wrapping) and "rainproof" wrapping. If required, the winder can also be controlled manually. If the winder needs to be moved to a different location, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift using the integrated cut-outs. This model is our recommendation if you wrap very light packages or if you wrap more than approx. 30 pallets a day. The KVK 2A is ideal if no ramp can be used for space reasons. Or if particularly heavy or unstable packaged goods are not to be pushed onto the turntable via a ramp. Year of construction: 2026, condition: new, Our KVK 1A is the almost identical sister model to the KVK 2 (MA), i.e. a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with turntable which, in comparison to the KVK 2 MA, is equipped with a cut-out for ground-level access with a hand pallet truck. The only thing that still has to be done manually with this wrapper is feeding and cutting the film. With a weight of 700 kg, this model is also designed for professional use and can be loaded up to 1500 kg. The 1A has a turntable of 1500 mm and can wrap pallets up to 2400 mm high as standard. With adjustable speeds of the turntable and film carriage, as well as an electromagnetic brake that can be very finely adjusted via potentiometer, you can adapt the automated wrapping process perfectly to your product. Automatic recognition of your pallets (via photocell) is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head and foot wrapping. Year of construction: 2026, condition: new, Our KVK 5 is a semi-automatic rotary arm wrapper, which has the advantage over our wrappers with turntable that your pallets can be placed at ground level for the wrapping process. Equally ideal for light, unstable and heavy packaged goods, as there are no centrifugal forces and no load-bearing capacity to consider. In addition, the KVK 5 model is equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% elongation. This pre-stretching system allows you to produce up to 3.5 m of film on the pallet from 1 m of film on the roll and reduce your material consumption enormously. With the KVK 5, there is only minimal contact tension, so that even light packages are not pulled off the pallet. The only thing that still has to be done manually with this wrapper is applying and cutting the film. The machine weight of almost 1000 kg shows how solid and stable this wrapper is. With its rotating arm, it can wrap pallets up to a maximum dimension of 1.00 x 1.20 x 2.40 m. With adjustable speeds of the rotating arm and film carriage, as well as a pre-stretching unit adjustable via potentiometer, you can adapt the automated wrapping perfectly to your product. Automatic recognition of your pallets (via photocell) is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head and foot wrapping. Programs are available for "up only" wrapping, "up & down" (cross wrapping) and "rainproof" wrapping. In addition to an optional photocell for the detection of dark packing goods or black film, this wrapper can be supplied either for wall mounting or with the feet shown. We recommend this model if it is important to you not to have to overcome a ramp with your goods - for example because they are too heavy or unstable. The fact that the rotating arm in this design rotates around the pallet also avoids any centrifugal force. Together with the low contact tension of the pre-stretch system, this also makes the KVK 5 ideal for very light packaged goods.
