Description:
This high-quality DECKEL FP1 milling machine was fully refurbished, both mechanically and electrically upgraded to the latest technical standards. The machine was completely disassembled, cleaned, all guideways ground, all mechanical wear parts and electronic components such as controllers, drive motors, encoder scales, and much more replaced, restoring it to as-new condition.
A new CE control cabinet was installed in accordance with the latest statutory provisions of the German Social Accident Insurance BGVA 3 / DIN-EN 60204-1 new machine standard.

Controllers, drive packages, and drive motors were completely renewed during the overhaul and upgraded to the latest standard.
As part of the modernization, a new contact-safe control cabinet and new motor were also installed.
