Description

Precision Double-End Profiler, year of manufacture 2002, completely overhauled, including current CE conformity and 1-year warranty, upgraded to linear guideways and double ball screw, extended to a maximum cutting length of 2.5 m. The ideal machine for the precise cross-cutting and profiling of parquet strips and boards on end faces, also suitable for top-layer lamellas.

A heavy-duty and well-proven design in precision execution, featuring guided transport chains, with 2 saw spindles and 1 milling cutter per side. Equipped with motorized length adjustment and position control via PLC touch panel, automatically adjustable to the desired length. All 6 tools are mounted on high-precision tool spindles with quiet-running belt drive and AC motor. Left-hand version.
Includes 1 set of new carbide-tipped tools, milling cutters on hydro sleeves.
