The machine is equipped with a loading/unloading system.
When the machine operator is in front of the machine, the throughput is from right to left to create a correct flow in production.
Input:
An input table has been placed on the right side of the machine for the preparation of materials. The frame of this infeed table is provided with MDF at the top. This infeed table is equipped with reference stops to align the material against, if it is placed on this table with, for example, a vacuum lifter. As soon as the material has to be positioned in the machine table, this input table is pneumatically moved to the machine frame after the operator's start signal. After this, the vacuum pistons, which are mounted on the movable bridge construction, take over from the infeed table, and the machine bridge transports the material into the machine table. (During the loading of new material for the next milling program, the previously milled panel is carried out fully automatically!)
Output:
For the execution of the processed materials, an output table is put on the left side of the machine. The frame of this infeed table is also with MDF at the top. This feeding table is equipped with guide strips to guide the material during output. As soon as the material is positioned on the output table, this table will pneumatically go into the discharge position to be emptied by, for example, a vacuum lifter or machine operator.
