The biscuit line has a capacity of 300 - 500 kg/h and three qualitative types can be obtained: 1. simple 2. sandwich 3. caramel 4. cocoa 5. glaze Simple biscuits can be: Strength = 300-400kg/h Soft = 400-500kg/h Crisps = 350-500kg/h The production is continuous, automatic, the line being equipped with a caramelizing device, sandwich, with 30 sets of shapes, chocolate coating device, including packaging and 5 temperature zones with independent, automatic temperature control.
