Machinery has very low hours of operation, and is only available as a result of re-organisation of the current operations. Materials are firstly delivered either by manual loading , or by an automatic pnematic box or cage lift/tilt system to a picking belt and metal detection tunnel. Materials then proceed via an inclined conveyor belt to a Hot washing granulator. Size reduced materials then drop onto a vibrating sieve ,to separate the majority of dirty water and any fines. Granulated materials transfer to an inclined Archimedes screw delivering materials to a horizontal high speed centrifugal cleaner. After this cleaning the materials enter a large diameter vertical drying centrifuge and all used water is then recirculated to heated tank to be reused.
