Rotopack Rotary Ice Cream Cup Filler (Year 2023)

For sale is a Rotopack rotary filling machine for ice cream in cups, built in May 2023.
Originally used as a demo and exhibition unit, it was later purchased as a second machine for an additional production line that was never commissioned, as the company discontinued production.

The machine was in temporary use for four months by a German ice cream producer as a replacement unit and is therefore in excellent condition with very low operating hours.

Designed for filling ice cream into cups (currently 125 ml; other formats available on request)

Fully made of stainless steel and anodized aluminium

Electromechanical control with pneumatic assistance

Quick format change system

Complies with all food safety and EU regulations

Functionality

The machine fills ice cream cups and can seal them either

with a snap-on lid or

with a heat-sealed foil.

An upgrade from the manufacturer is available to enable both sealing and lidding in one process.
