We offer a complete industrial line for the pre-planing of wooden elements, manufactured in 2021 by TECH TOM (Poland).

The line was designed as an integrated production system, enabling efficient and continuous processing of wooden components with quality sorting and resizing to width and thickness.

The technological layout covers the full process:
• loading the material from pallets,
• double-spindle pre-planing,
• four-sided planing,
• automatic flipping of elements,
• quality sorting,
• crosscutting and trimming,
• stacking and storage on Euro pallets.

The line is equipped with an extensive system of conveyors, scissor lifts, and sorting stations, ensuring high ergonomics and smooth workflow throughout the production process.

Thanks to the use of spiked chain conveyors guiding the wooden elements, the system guarantees stable material feed and consistent machining parameters.

Additional advantages include:
• one spare four-sided planer,
• one spare chain conveyor,
• 170 meters of roller conveyor storage for Euro pallets,
• extended loading ramp (6 rows of 12 meters each).

The line consists of:

• 5 belt conveyors with horizontal magazine, 800 mm length
• 5 STG-4 double-spindle planers (top/bottom), material feed by spiked chain
• 6 STG-4 four-sided planers (1 unit as spare). Four-sided spindles (top, bottom, right, left). Feed and material guidance on spiked chain conveyor
• 6 chain conveyors with magazine (1 unit as spare), dedicated for resizing elements by thickness and width
• 5 transfer conveyors between planers for automatic top/bottom flipping
• Receiving belt conveyor for wooden elements from planers (25 m) with sorting table. The table features a linear laser for centering wooden elements.
• 10 sorting workstations for grading and defect selection, including thin, edge and end trimming
• 11 auxiliary tables for sorting wooden elements
• 22 scissor lifts for Euro pallets (1300 x 900 mm)
• 5 scissor lifts at double-spindle planers STG-4 (1800 x 1600 mm)
• 2 circular saws with track trolleys for end crosscutting and trimming
• Loading ramp – pallets with wooden elements for planing, 6 rows of roller conveyors at 12 m each, 1800 mm wide
• Roller conveyor storage for Euro pallets – 170 m, 900 mm wide

The offered equipment/machine is sold under EXW (PL – 38-120 Czudec) terms according to Incoterms 2020.
