Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The main application is the production of keyways from 3-28 mm (and larger), as well as profiles of similar dimensions. With its compact design requiring very little space, this machine can be successfully used in small, medium, and large businesses. Its low price makes it worthwhile even for small batch and one-off production.
The drive is provided by a pole-changing gear brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling point, and consistent cutting performance. The open worktable allows for unrestricted placement of even large workpieces. In most cases, the workpieces do not need to be clamped firmly during broaching. Stroke adjustment is achieved through adjustable limit switches. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple parts can be stacked for processing.
