As testing volume increases, so does the need for a higher degree of automation (compared to the Cflow). The Mflow is a modularly expandable device that allows you to determine the Melt Mass-Flow Rate (MFR) and the Melt Volume-Flow Rate (MVR).
The Mflow flow tester is, in its basic version, designed for MFR tests according to Method A and can be upgraded for MVR tests according to Method B.
Testing according to the following standards is possible:
- Methods A and B according to ISO 1133
- Methods A, B, and C according to ASTM D 1238
- ASTM D 3364
- JIS K 7210
Optionally, the Mflow can be equipped with pneumatic weight lift (with or without cleaning function) or weight placement.
The Mflow can be operated either as a stand-alone unit using a modern touch display, or with ZwickRoell testing software via PC.
