The contract was not renewed because the printer was taken out of production and placed in our warehouse after a newer model was installed. The printer was retired from service due to a production upgrade, not because of any major technical issues. During our five years of ownership, the printer delivered reliable performance with no major technical problems. Maintenance was limited to routine servicing and the replacement of standard wear-and-tear components, including filters, ink tubes, and four printheads. Before being placed into storage, the printer was inspected by an EFI-certified technician, who confirmed that it was in excellent condition. The printheads currently installed in the machine are also in excellent condition, as shown in the attached photos. The white printheads were removed because white ink was no longer required for our production needs. Since white printheads require regular maintenance even when not in use, removing them was a practical decision to avoid unnecessary maintenance and operating costs. To protect the printer during downtime, it was properly prepared for long-term storage, with storage fluid introduced into the printheads and ink system to help preserve critical components. Why this printer is worth considering: Proven reliability: Five years of ownership with no major technical issues. Verified condition: Inspected by an EFI-certified technician before storage. Well-maintained: Routine maintenance and wear-and-tear components addressed throughout ownership. Bjdpjza Rtasfx Adhslp Carefully preserved: The printer was prepared for long-term storage using storage fluid in the printheads and ink system. Transparent maintenance history: Clear information about the printer's service, printhead configuration, and reason for being taken out of production. This is an opportunity to acquire a well-maintained EFI printer with a documented ownership and maintenance history. Its removal from production was driven by the installation of a newer machine, making it a potential fit for a buyer looking to add printing capacity or upgrade their existing equipment.

Includes Kebab Option & Professional Free Package (SURA, UV DTF A+B Films, and Base Frame) Object Description: For sale is a top-of-the-line professional UV printing system: a Mimaki UJF-3042 MkII e (year 2022) including the high-quality Kebab option. The machine is being sold due to business closure and is a rare find on the used market: according to the meter reading, the machine has only printed a total of 41 m². You will receive a system in new condition at a fair used price. The machine has been meticulously maintained and was continuously connected to the power supply to ensure proper execution of the automatic maintenance and circulation cycles (preventing nozzle failures). Why proper pretreatment is so important in UV printing: A crucial factor in professional UV printing is the permanent adhesion of the color to challenging materials such as glass, metal, ceramics, or smooth plastics. Without special pretreatment, the ink can easily flake or scratch off. This is where the Pyrosil system (flaming unit) included in this offer comes into play: it creates an ultra-thin, invisible adhesive layer through silicidation and alters the surface tension. The result is an extreme, dishwasher-safe, and scratch-resistant bond between the material and the ink – absolutely essential for the professional and durable finishing of promotional items! Technical Highlights & Features: Model: Mimaki UJF-3042 MkII e (current generation) Year: 2022 Condition: Like new (only 41 m² total print volume) Configuration: CMYK + White + Varnish (LH 100) Kebab MkII Option: Included (original Mimaki device for 360° all-around printing on bottles, glasses, etc. – new price approx. €2,700) Software: RasterLink 7 RIP software included Bledpfx Adjyr Aiwshep 🎁 EXCLUSIVE FREE PACKAGE (additional equipment worth approx. €4,000!)
