Description
Operating principle:
The ceramic pins are fed to a testing station via a vibrating feeder and a pneumatic hose, where the position of any existing one-sided bore is checked. This is done using an optical sensor.
Incorrectly positioned parts are conveyed to a collection container by a pneumatic slide.
Correctly positioned pins are fed to the singulator of the press-fitting tool via another pneumatic hose.
The actual press-fitting process is also carried out pneumatically with a roller bearing-guided plunger.
First, a manually adjustable pressure p1 is used to ensure that the pin is not pressed too easily into the shaft.
Then, with another manually adjustable pressure p2, the pin is pressed fully into the rotor shaft.
A disk spring pack preloaded with 5,000 N prevents excessive force from being exerted on the pin and shaft.
The rotor shaft must be manually inserted, removed, and clamped into the tool by an operator. This process is secured by a light curtain.
