Year of construction: 2019, operating hours: 1 h, condition: as good as new (ex-display), machine/vehicle number: MISCO1082, Oil Mist Collecting and Regaining. MISCO is used for collecting and getting rid off the oil in the CNC machines cabin. It is a water vapor, aerosol, smoke, oil mist filtering / separating device. Also allows condensing and recycling the condensed liqud back to the sump The particulate-smoke-gas-water in the air sucked in is filtered through the vapor separation units. The saturated oil-water etc. contained in the air is also separated and recovered, and the air is cleaned by 98% of the dry air. Removal of parts washing machines vapor-mist, Welding fumes, Oily air off CNC machines In the industry and even In the industrial kitchens a lot of oil mist, various gases, fumes and dusts are mixed into the air and create a risk of fire. In addition, they are inhaled by workers and cause damage especially to the lungs, respiratory tracts and other vital organs. For this reason, harmful substances such as gas, dust, smoke and similar substances must be cleaned by absorbing harmful substances in terms of safety and health. Application Areas: CNC Machines Welding fumes, Allows removal of oil vapor and recovery of existing fluid in CNC machines Automotive - Metal Processing – Food Industry - Industrial Kitchens - Steel - Casting - Chemical Industries etc. Bsdpfed Nwk Uox Adhjlp Working Principle; 1-Entry of dirty smoke –vapor- mist 2- Condensation with laminar flow over the walls 3- Disintegration of the particles passing through the filter 4-Recycling of condensing liquid 5-Dry and clean air evacuation For detailed information please contact us. mistcollector, cnc cutting oil, fume removal, cutting oil fume collector

Condition: new, Year of construction: 2025, Briquetting is a great cost-saving measure for companies. Further improvement of the efficiency and quality of packing pays off. BMD-800B is fit for a wide range of shrink wrapping with single or multi-row products. Automated alignment and placement feature improves the production efficiency and allows for the product to operate 24/7. When paired with UMPT briquette presses & our transportation table, this machine can support up to 4 BPA600A presses and produce up to 5 bags of briquettes per minute. After packaged in high-quality polyethene film the products have a compact and neat appearance which ensures the items’ integrity, the convenience of transportation and resistance to humidity. In contrast, currently widely used pre-made briquette bags have the disadvantage of unnecessary movement of briquettes inside the package which in turn disintegrate during logistics and lose value in the eyes of the end-consumer. Using shrink wrapping tightens the pack making it easier and safer to handle, increases resistance to humidity and even allows briquettes to be stored out in the elements. Stick-on carry handles are optional to provide the ultimate briquette pack. Features: Automated quality control and recycling of rejected briquettes Automated de-dusting Automated alignment and packing Bedofh R Uzepfx Adhelp Automated leaflet insertion Automated sealing and heat shrinking of packages Automated palletizing and pallet wrapping The system ensures proper briquette dedusting, weighting (optional), alignment, packing and shrinking of the package. Automated sealers ensure a proper seal on each package eliminating the human factor while automated palletizing attachments load and wrap the pallets.
