During the overhaul, the machine will be disassembled to over 70%. All relevant components and wear parts will be carefully inspected and, if necessary, professionally refurbished or replaced. ### The following overhaul work will be carried out: * Inspection and, if necessary, replacement of the ball screws and ball bearings of the X, Y, and Z axes * Inspection and, if necessary, replacement of all four ball screws of the tank drive * Inspection and testing of the C-axis for tightness and accuracy * Geometric inspection of all axes according to the OPS INGERSOLL test protocol * Thorough cleaning of the entire machine base * Cleaning of the entire working tank, including replacement of the felt wipers * Overhaul of the dielectric pumps * Replacement of all hydraulic and dielectric lines * Replacement of all pneumatic lines * Thorough cleaning of the control cabinet, generator, and control system * Replacement of all relevant fans and batteries * Overhaul or, if necessary, replacement of power supplies, units, and servo amplifiers * Final laser measurement of the machine after the overhaul ## Quality Control and Erosion Test After completion of all overhaul work, the machine will undergo a comprehensive functional and quality control.
