The High Quality Press Brake (HQPB) represents the top model of the Placke range of press brakes. The entire manufacturing process, from hydraulic cylinders to control cabinet assembly, is performed in-house. By combining state-of-the-art technology with many years of expertise in forming technology, the HQPB series enables precision bending at the highest level. Even the standard configuration provides a fully functional press brake. This package of safety, reliability and efficiency, together with user-friendly operation, allows us to meet the highest demands and tolerances in the bending process.
Machine Frame:

- Base machine constructed from S 355 N steel
- Side supports with 2 pressure pipes and an overhead oil tank, welded
- Above-floor design
- Coating (2-component structured lacquer), light grey (RAL 7035) and signal grey (RAL 7004)
Upper Beam:
- Press beam stress-relief annealed
- Depth of stroke measurement, reading head guided by ball bearing rails
- Separate Y1 and Y2 control, electronic monitoring of parallelism
