Operation: The machine features a large feed hopper and can be loaded either manually or via conveyor belt. This hopper can be customized to meet individual requirements and ensures continuous and cost-effective material feeding without the need for manual assistance. A hydraulically operated ram conveys the wood waste to be shredded into the rotor’s cutting area, with operation automatically and load-dependently controlled. The internal ram guides are made of highly wear-resistant plastic (polyamide) and are adjustable. The hydraulic cylinders are mounted on universal joints to prevent lateral forces on the piston seals. The patented and profiled V-rotor is made of solid steel with a diameter of 252 mm, operating at a rotor speed of 80–120 rpm.
