The DCV6500TC VIBER is a modern industrial dust extraction system designed for intensive operation in woodworking and manufacturing facilities. It combines high performance, quiet operation, and energy-saving technologies. The unit is equipped with the VIBER system (automatic filter cleaning), TC technology (sound-insulated head housing), REHEAT system (heat recovery), and DAMAGE PROTECT (mechanical rotor protection).

Design and Technology

The DCV6500TC VIBER has been designed for maximum reliability and long-term operation. The specially designed fan blade geometry improves extraction efficiency while reducing energy consumption. The TC housing with acoustic insulation effectively lowers noise levels in the production area.

Precision and Work Efficiency

The filtration system, based on 32 polyester filters, captures particles down to 5 microns in size. For even higher filtration efficiency, optional HEPA filters can be installed. Quick-access waste containers and intuitive control via the electrical control cabinet improve operator comfort and increase overall productivity.
