Description of the press frame
The frame is designed as a frame construction with 2 operating sides. It consists of highly dimensioned braces, which are tightly and rigidly welded with upright steel ribs. The complete welding part is processed on precision machines.
As a stiff box construction. The underside of the box is formed by a solid welded steel plate, which is prepared for the assembly of insulation and heating plates. The complete welding part is processed on precision machines.

Plunger Guide The plunger is guided diagonally through a prism guide, i.e. the angle of the guide is designed so that the contact surfaces run parallel to the diagonals of the press table.
This arrangement guarantees a consistent guiding game, as the guide surfaces move along their line of gravity at temperature differences of the frame and plunger. The design of the guide is completely force-and form-fit, so that no torque or force is applied to the fastening of the guide jaws. This means that the guide can be adjusted very precisely and works with high accuracy. The length of the guide is chosen in relation to the width of the table so that it can be dispensed with.
The sliding pairing is special bronze against steel. Lubrication is carried out via lubricant generator.
Hydraulic unit the hydraulic system is located in the upper part of the press frame. It is completely piping, connected and mounted.
The hydraulic unit consists of a high pressure pump with drive motor, as well as all the components required to function the press; In addition, auxiliary and control drives are used.
Proportional valves are installed for the lifting and lowering movements. The short pressure build-up time in connection with the specified press speed leads to the use of a storage station. Appropriate times and cycles in the process must be taken into account when loading the storage station. Details see technical data.
