The Maggi MS 704 is a multi-spindle drilling machine designed for fast production of customized furniture.
The MS 704 is a compact machine capable of handling the complete production process, from drilling cabinet bodies to assembling flip-down fronts and system drawers of any brand.
This drill enables comprehensive execution of all required holes in any technology: cam fittings, dowels, connectors, pilot holes for runners, shelf supports, hinge cups, and mounting holes for slides and actuators.
The working table width without removing the side stops is 740 mm, so you can drill oversized cabinet components with ease. The machine features a patented 1500 mm measuring frame, allowing work independently of the 32 mm system. This gives you the flexibility to process workpieces up to 3000 mm in length.
A new concept in furniture component drilling allows for quick material processing without the need for retooling. The measuring frame is a fixed part of the machine.
Contrary to conventional drilling machines, the main operational axis is perpendicular to the spindle head, not parallel.
The MS 704 is additionally equipped with height adjustment for the pressure beam, allowing you to process material up to 200 mm thick.
