The material to be grated is gently and loosely processed through hand-finished grating plates using the proven pre-rotation system without mechanical pressure. Thanks to the mobile base frame, the machine can be used flexibly. For easy and hygienic cleaning, the PKR-S is made entirely of stainless steel.
