The interface also allows monitoring of the CUBO operating status and diagnosing irregularities thanks to a self-diagnostic function. An integrated feeder enables automatic repetition of the cutting process. A mechanical material detection device ensures rapid approach of the blade to the material by automatically detecting the first cutting point. The final cut is controlled by a microswitch on the blade guide, allowing perfect band alignment thanks to hardened metal pads and additional bearings. Automatic IMET machines can be connected to a company network and operated remotely using the SAWFACTORY system and a modem. SAWFACTORY is dedicated software that enables management of the cutting process from the office by setting programs and monitoring operation via a web application.
