Product shaping is highly flexible and can be adapted to a variety of product formats; it is suitable for dental sticks, hearts, bones, sticks, strips, and other geometries depending on the die/forming set and cutter configuration. The configuration line has been used for high meat meal or grain-free semi-moist treats as well as vegetarian-type items; final product characteristics depend on recipe, moisture targets, and process parameters.
