The whirlpool is 15HL, so you can still brew high gravity or add some water if you have reached too high with your SG. This is a very solid installation that has never let us down and brewing is very efficient. This consists of the following components: - Stainless steel mash/lauter tun for mashing, mashing and draining the mash. Separate control of the thermo-oil-heated frame and bottom heating. The double-walled container is encased in insulating cladding and has a polished inner surface. The motor mounted on the top drives the chopper and agitator with infinitely variable speed control.
