The MAZAK Variaxis J600 is a powerful vertical 5-axis machining center for the precise and efficient complete machining of complex milling parts. It features a tilting A-axis (-120° to +90°) and a continuously rotating C-axis (±360°), allowing even complex geometries to be completed in a single setup – ideal for general mechanical engineering as well as series and single-part production.

Comprehensive features ensure optimal machining conditions: internal coolant supply (IKZ), automatic tool length measurement, synchronous thread drilling, cylindrical interpolation, and the high-speed functions High Speed, Super High Speed, “G00 slope constant,” a KSS mist extraction system from LNS, a chip conveyor from Mayfran, and a Renishaw measuring system.
