Year of construction: 2012, operating hours: 4,000 h, condition: ready for operation (used), functionality: fully functional, machine/vehicle number: 363/15862010, The rotary bed dryer WB-T (model 1.00 / 3.00) from Allgaier Process Technology GmbH is a specialized industrial plant for the continuous, uniform, and gentle drying of bulk materials and biomass. In process engineering, the model designation (1.00 / 3.00) typically refers to the dimensions of the drying area, i.e., a bed width of 1.00 meter and a bed length of 3.00 meters. The heating capacity is 250 kW and is powered by electricity. Typical applications: • Biofuels & wood industry: Drying of wood chips, sawdust, and bark for pellet production. • Waste management • Agricultural & recycling industry: Processing of fermentation residues (from biogas plants), green waste, sugar beet pulp, or bagasse. Operating principle: Bdsdpjz Rz Dnsfx Abusi The technology combines the process engineering advantages of a drum dryer with those of a fluidized bed dryer: • Rotary bed mechanism: The wet product lies inside on a perforated flow bed (perforated sheet). A targeted mechanical movement or tumbling in combination with the airflow creates a rotating or rolling product movement ("rotary bed"). • Counter-current or cross-current ventilation: The drying air is blown from below through the sieve bed and flows intensively through the tumbling product. This ensures an optimal heat and mass exchange. Main features & advantages: • Low-temperature drying: The plant is ideally designed for operation with waste heat or low-temperature heat sources (e.g., from combined heat and power plants/CHP or industrial residual energy). • Long residence time: This enables particularly gentle dewatering of the material while simultaneously ensuring high homogeneity of the residual moisture. • Robust particle processing: In contrast to pure fluidized beds, large, irregular, or sticky particles can also be processed economically. • Integrated screening: The flow effectively reduces fine dust and sand content during the process.

Condition: used, Year of construction: 2020, Temperature-controlled processing tanks are vital in various industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, and chemical manufacturing, where precise temperature management is essential for product quality and safety. Here’s a detailed overview of temperature-controlled processing tanks: What is a Temperature-Controlled Processing Tank? A temperature-controlled processing tank is a vessel designed to maintain a specific temperature range during the processing of materials. These tanks are equipped with heat exchange systems, temperature sensors, and control mechanisms that ensure the contents remain at the desired temperature throughout the processing cycle. Key Features - Heating and Cooling Systems: - Heaters: Can be electric or steam-based to raise the temperature of the contents. - Chillers: Usually water or glycol-based cooling systems to lower the temperature. - Insulation: Tanks often come with insulation to minimize heat loss or gain from external environments, maintaining stable internal conditions. - Temperature Control Systems: Sophisticated controllers and sensors (like thermocouples) monitor and adjust the temperature in real-time, providing precise control over the processing environment. - Mixing Mechanisms: Many temperature-controlled tanks have integrated mixers or agitators to ensure uniform temperature distribution throughout the contents. - Material Construction: Typically made from stainless steel or other materials that are resistant to corrosion and can withstand high temperatures. Applications in the Food Industry - Pasteurization: Heating milk and other liquids to kill bacteria while maintaining product quality. - Cooking: Precise temperature control during cooking processes (e.g., making sauces, soups, or jams) to ensure proper texture and flavor. - Fermentation: Regulating temperatures during fermentation processes (e.g., beer, yogurt) to ensure the right conditions for microbial activity. - Storage: Maintaining the quality of sensitive ingredients (like chocolate or dairy) by controlling temperatures to prevent spoilage. Advantages of Temperature-Controlled Processing Tanks - Quality Assurance: Consistent temperatures lead to uniform product quality, flavor, and texture. - Safety: Helps in maintaining food safety standards by ensuring thorough cooking or pasteurization processes. - Energy Efficiency: Advanced control systems can optimize energy use, reducing operating costs. - Versatility: Suitable for various processes including heating, cooling, and maintaining temperatures for different food products. Considerations - Control Precision: The accuracy of temperature control systems is crucial; look for tanks with advanced control features for better reliability. - Cleaning: Ensure that the tank design allows for easy cleaning to comply with sanitation standards, especially in the food industry. - Integration: Consider how easily the tank can be integrated into existing processing lines and systems. High shear mixers are essential equipment in the food processing industry, particularly for emulsifying, blending, and homogeneously mixing ingredients with varying viscosity levels. Here’s an overview of how they work and their applications: What is a High Shear Mixer? A high shear mixer is designed to create high shear forces that thoroughly mix ingredients together. It typically consists of a rotor-stator assembly where the rotor rapidly spins, creating a vacuum that draws ingredients into the m... Bdodpfxsy E Hy Uo Abuji

Condition: ready for operation (used), Year of construction: 2020, functionality: fully functional, input voltage: 400 V, type of input current: three-phase, total height: 4,500 mm, total width: 7,200 mm, total length: 8,500 mm, temperature: 35 °C, energy consumption: 300 kWh, Equipment: documentation/manual, For sale are three unused heat pump vacuum evaporators from Blue Water Plants, manufactured in 2020. The units were delivered for concentrate thickening at a biogas plant in southern France, were preserved at the factory, and have never been operated productively. The evaporators can be purchased individually or as a package. Scope of delivery: Bdjdpfx Aboyr H Ansuoi 1x Main evaporator, distillate output approx. 55 m³/day 2x Evaporator Type 12,000, distillate output each approx. 12 m³/day Total capacity in combination: up to approx. 79 m³/day Operating principle: The evaporators operate under vacuum at a low boiling temperature. An integrated heat pump recovers the evaporation heat, which is why the energy requirement is significantly lower than with conventional thermal evaporation. The wastewater is separated into two streams: a distillate with low residual load and a thickened concentrate with a greatly reduced volume. An integrated acid reaction binds ammonia as an ammonium sulfate solution. This solution can be used as a liquid nitrogen fertilizer. Typical applications: Biogas plants: Treatment of fermentation residue and digestate, recovery of nitrogen as ammonium sulfate fertilizer, reduction of storage and application volume Composting and waste treatment plants: Thickening of leachate from storage areas and composting processes Agriculture: Volume reduction of slurry and storage basin water, nutrient recovery Food and beverage industry: Thickening of organically contaminated process wastewater, for example from dairies, breweries or juice and vegetable processing Concentrate treatment: Further thickening of concentrates from reverse osmosis or membrane filtration with organic and nitrogenous loads Reduce disposal costs: Instead of disposing of the entire wastewater externally, only the thickened concentrate is now disposed of. The distillate can be reused or discharged after further treatment. Not suitable for: The evaporators are designed for organically and ammonium-contaminated wastewater. They are not intended for saline water such as seawater, brine, drilling fluids, reservoir water or heavily chloride-contaminated industrial wastewater. High salt and chloride loads lead to crystallization and scale formation on the heat exchanger surfaces and increase the risk of corrosion. For such applications, RIEFILT offers suitable alternatives on request. Note on distillate quality: Depending on the inflow, the distillate may contain residual levels of ammonium and COD. For discharge or reuse, RIEFILT offers suitable post-treatment via reverse osmosis.
